Realogics Sotheby's International

Julie McAvoy of McAvoy Solutions joined Realogics Sotheby's International Realty to lead the Seattle company's new Strategic Development Solutions division, which helps developers and banks reposition projects. McAvoy has worked on some large mixed-use condo projects, including 2200 and Four Seasons Private Residences, both in Seattle, and Washington Square in Bellevue. She helped reposition TriBeCa in Seattle. Most recently, she worked for Bosa Development, a Canadian-based high-rise developer, leading the sales and marketing division in San Diego.

EMB Management

Robert Skrbin, Lynn Sutherland and Lynn VanLierop of EMB Management in Bellevue earned Certified Manager of Community Associations designations from the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers. EMB Management, an Associa company, manages condominiums for homeowner associations.

King County Housing Authority

King County Executive Dow Constantine appointed Terry McLlarky to serve as a King County Housing Authority commissioner. He replaces the late Delores Brown. The five commissioners help guide the policies of KCHA, which has a staff of 320 and an annual budget of more than $170 million.

Leona Condominiums

Leona Condominiums, a 15-unit townhouse project in Seattle's Queen Anne neighborhood, is sold out. Barrientos, the developer, took the 1907 building down to the studs and rebuilt the units. Matrix Real Estate of Seattle marketed the project. Units sold for between $400,000 to $742,600, public records show. The average per square foot price was nearly $353, according to Matrix.
