Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce has added Sean Barnes as a senior director and Trevor Youngren as a director in the Brokerage Services Group. Barnes will specialize in office brokerage and tenant representation. Youngren will focus on tenant representation for technology and startup companies in the Puget Sound area. Barnes was a senior vice president with Jones Lang LaSalle and Staubach Co. for 13 years. Youngren was with Jones Lang LaSalle for five years as a senior associate. Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce is a member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, which is based in Salt Lake City and has offices in Washington, Utah, Nevada and Idaho.

NAIOP tours Pioneer Square

The Washington chapter of NAIOP will explore “Seattle's first neighborhood,” Pioneer Square, on its annual property tour starting at 11 a.m. July 25 at HUB Seattle, 220 Second Ave. S. There will be a panel discussion with residents, business owners and community leaders from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., followed by a walking tour that focuses on redeveloped buildings and alleys that have been turned into pedestrian pathways. Weber to lead multifamily event

Weber Thompson Senior Principal Blaine Weber will lead an all-day multifamily development conference Sept. 27 sponsored by The Seminar Group. The event will begin at 9 a.m. but the location is still being determined. Nine speakers are lined up including Jim Atkins of Harbor Urban, James Bach, vice president at CBRE Capital Markets, land use attorney John C.
