Erwin Park joins NAI

Park

NAI Puget Sound Properties hired Erwin as a senior associate. He will represent regional, national and global office tenants with interests in the Seattle area. Erwin last worked at Jones Lang LaSalle, and started his commercial real estate career in 2007 after working in aquarium management. NAI Puget Sound Properties is a locally owned affiliate of NAI Global, with offices in Seattle, Bellevue and Tacoma.

JLL promotes Prasad

Jones Lang LaSalle has promoted Gina Prasad to be chief administrative officer of the west region. Prasad is based in the Palo Alto office and was previously vice president of Northwest operations. Prasad has more than 18 years of experience in finance and administration. Before coming to Jones Lang LaSalle, she spent nine years working in human resources for Merrill Lynch.

eXp Realty hires Gagnon

David Gagnon has been hired as eXp Realty International Corp.'s director of cloud leadership and growth. Gagnon was with Keller Williams Realty, where he held a variety of titles including team leader, consultant and director of growth. Bellingham-based eXp Realty is an agent-owned, cloud-based residential real estate marketing and sales company with agents in 29 states and Canada.

CREW program tackles gender issues

“Gender Matters: Increasing Influence, Improving Productivity, and Making Drama Disappear” is the topic of a luncheon and afternoon workshop at the April 10 meeting of CREW. The real estate industry is largely dominated by men, and CREW says in a press release that female professionals in the industry often say they want to better understand male bosses, colleagues, subordinates and customers. Shaunti Feldhahn, author of “The Male Factor,” will shares results of a nationwide survey and confidential interviews with more than 3,000 men, and talk about men and women in the workplace, including flextime, compensation, emotions and even clothing. The luncheon starts at 11:30 a.m. in the Washington Athletic Club, 1325 Sixth Ave. The workshop will go deeper into Feldhahn's findings from 1:30 to 4 p.m. Pre-registration is $50 for members and $70 for non-members and the walk-in fee is $60 for members and $75 for non-members. Everett port hires property manager

Nuccitelli

The Port of Everett hired Taylor Nuccitelli to manage its property portfolio. Nuccitelli is a licensed broker with a background in property management, and will be responsible for the port's commercial real estate. He will manage the marina, where a major redevelopment is being planned. Nuccitelli has worked as an account manager for BizXchange in Bellevue, and Nuccitelli Investments in Issaquah.

Beardsley joins Zillow

Beardsley

Curt Beardsley has joined Seattle-based Zillow as vice president of industry development, where he will be responsible for building relationships with multiple listing services and other partners. Zillow hired Errol Samuleson to lead the industry development division. Beardsley was executive vice president of industry development at Move Inc., and helped lead services at realtor.com and other subsidiaries. Zillow is a web-based real estate marketplace for buyers and renters.

Cushman & Wakefield promotes Brunette

The Seattle branch of Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce has promoted Steve Brunette to senior director. Brunette specializes in real estate acquisition, disposition and financing. He has spent more than 15 years in the industry as a consultant, asset manager and acquisitions officer. Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce is based in Salt Lake City, and is a member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance. It was sold to an entity related to NorthMarq Cos. earlier this year.

Nizich to lead Greystone in Kirkland

Multifamily and health care lender Greystone hired Patrick Nizich as a managing director for the new Kirkland office. Nizich has more than 25 years of experience in the industry. He was a managing director at Dexia Real Estate Capital Markets where he managed credit risk and underwriting. Greystone is based in New York and lends through a variety of platforms, including FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, USDA, CMBS, bridge and mezzanine.

Dow Hotel renovates Texas hotel

Seattle-based The Dow Hotel Co. finished a renovation of Four Diamond Lakeway Resort and Spa, a 168-room hotel on Lake Travis near Austin, Texas. The $7 million renovation updated guest rooms and public spaces. Crews renovated 17 meeting rooms and added a new steakhouse. Dow Hotel Co. owns and operates 11 U.S. hotels.
