Description
Construction documents are currently being completed and portions of construction packages are underway for this second academic building at the Spokane Riverpoint Higher Education Park under the management of Washington State University.

The project will have about 145,000 square feet of space and will provide for academic, clinical, research and administrative space for a variety of health-related programs for both Washington State University and Eastern Washington University.

Eastern Washington University’s programs include physical and occupational therapy, dental hygiene and communication disorders (speech and hearing). Programs that WSU is housing include health policy and administration, pharmacy, food science and human nutrition, and the Washington Institute for Mental Illness Research and Training.
