Description
The new Central Utility Plant for the Seattle Center will have a footprint of about 10,000 square feet and will include office and shop spaces for the Center’s Building Operating Engineers.

Mechanical systems will include new chillers with a capacity of 3,500 tons and new boilers with about 1,750 horsepower capacity. Cooling tower capacity will be 3,500 tons.
