Process Heating Company Inc. has established a World Wide Web site and e-mail address. The homepage provides company background; an index of products; and detailed information and photos on immersion heating equipment, heat transfer systems, storage tanks, portable patchers for road maintenance, control panels and related products. The Web site is www.processheating.com and the e-mail address is inquire@processheating.com.
The Sequel Technology Corporation has appointed Albert Behr as vice president of product marketing, Cleve Adams as executive vice president of sales, and Eric Peterson as chief financial officer. Sequel Technology is a Bellevue based company dedicated to the development of solutions and technologies to manage Internet, intranet and on-line use.
International Telcom Ltd. (ITL), a privately held telecommunications provider located in Seattle, has appointed Darrell Hughes as president of engineering. Hughes will be responsible for managing the operations of the programming, switching, and international networking departments, as well as offering input in to future network expansion and software development efforts.

Paul Crivell has joined ECS Engineering Inc., as project electrical engineer. He has worked on several large projects for Betchell Power Corp. and has led ECS' design efforts for electrical service upgrades to SeaTac Airport. He is now leading design on a new substation and utility paralleling power generation system design for the City of Everett. Martin Medak has joined the firm's control and software group. Most of his experience has been in the pulp and paper industry at ATT Rayonier and Weyerhaeuser. He will be involved in instrumentation design and control system software development. Paul Groschl has joined ECS as an electrical and control engineer. He has 15 years of experience in large industrial projects, including work in the Czech Republic. He is now participating in designs for new water pumping stations in Everett and on the Sammamish Plateau.
Tung T. Ho has joined Weber + Thompson Architects to contribute computer-aided drafting and project management skills for financial, residential and commercial projects.
Michael Hoover has become of counsel to the Bellevue law firm of Vance & Romero, P.S. He will continue his business litigation practice with an emphasis on alternative dispute resolution and negotiated settlement in the areas of construction, commercial, real estate, and intellectual property.

SEATTLE -- "The Water 'Crisis': Myth, Reality and Opportunities" is the theme of a conference scheduled for 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Nov. 20 at the Seattle Art Museum. Sponsored by the Washington section of the American Water Resources Association, the conference will examine whether or not there is a water crisis in western Washington. Various areas of water resource management will be addressed, including legal issues, cost issues, growth projections, demand forecasts, water rights, hydraulic continuity, water reuse, groundwater storage and supply alternatives. Dr. Jim Riley, a mechanical engineering professor at the University of Washington, plans to discuss the classic works of Leonardo Da Vinci as applied to water engineering and water issues of today. Other speakers will include representatives from local governments, water districts, the Department of Ecology, CH2M Hill, RH2 Engineering, AGI Technologies, GeoEngineers, ECONorthwest and Bogle & Gates. Bellevue-based Kaufer Miller Communications, a full service public relations, communications and marketing firm, has added Joe Auman, Erica Perez, Scott VanderLey, and Jessica Shapiro to its staff. Auman will act as a financial controller. Perez, assistant account executive, will serve as media relations support, account planning and event coordination to the telecommunications and wireless industry account teams. VanderLey, account coordinator, will support the Microsoft account. Shapiro, account coordinator, will work on the Onyx Software and Ark Interface II, Inc. accounts.
Julie Klapstein has joined PhyCom Corporation, the Bellevue-based software company, as chief executive officer. Allen Puckett, the company's former CEO, will act as executive vice president for strategy and business development, focusing on product research and the establishment of strategic partnership. Fran Massimiano has joined PhyCom as vice president of sales and Pearl Murray joins as CFO.
Coldwell Banker Bain has signed a new office lease and started ground-breaking on the site. Management targets grand opening of the 4,000 square-foot office for late Spring 1997. Located near Pickering Place Retail Center in Issaquah, the all brick building will accommodate ground-floor retail space and plenty of customer parking. The Coldwell Banker Bain office will have a western exposure, 14 foot ceilings, and space for 45 agents. Operating under the firm's pioneering Technology Partnership program, the new Issaquah branch will be equipped with state-of-the art technology, including networked personal computers stations, business software, digital cameras, and color printers. Scott Cameron and Ann Selover are managing brokers for the existing Issaquah office, which presently accommodates 20 sales associates. With the more, Selover and Cameron anticipate the addition of 25 more agents to the roster.
