Immunex Corp., a Seattle-based biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing immune system science, has appointed Leslie Garrison vice president of clinical development. Garrison formerly served as medical director in charge of the Enbrel clinical program.
International Telcom, a Seattle-based provider of international discount telecommunications, has named Roger Jellison chief financial officer. Jellison formerly served as controller for the company.
Users of Windermere Real Estate's web site now can have new home listings automatically sent to them via e-mail. Windermere said its site, Windermere.com, is the only one in the country that offers this e-mail feature that sends to clients any new listings that fit their criteria. In the first week, more than 1,000 customers signed up by registering personal home searches on the web site.

Paladin Data Systems, a Poulsbo-based database engineering firm with offices in Seattle, Spokane and Denver, has introduced a new software program specifically designed to handle marina management. Marina Management Systems can organize a marina's reservation, accounting and billing procedures. Paladin has already installed this database at the Port of Poulsbo.
Health Systems Technologies Inc., a Seattle-based developer of Trillium MCS, has named Walter H. Ellenberger vice president of sales and Owen W. Enright as vice president of marketing. Ellenberger formerly served as vice president of sales at Amisys Managed Care Systems. Enright formerly served as vice president of marketing and business development at Amisys/HBOC. Trillium MCS is an information system that supports the efforts of network management organizations to track the delivery of health care through provider networks, controlling quality and cost as care is delivered.

SEATTLE -- Several new faces have joined the staff of Herrera Environmental Consultants, an engineering and environmental consulting firm based in Seattle. Bruce Carpenter is a senior hydrogeologist with 25 years of experience in the U.S. and overseas. Kathleen Adams is an environmental scientist specializing in wildlife, wetland and plant ecology. Susan Meyer, also a scientist, has expertise in freshwater ecology, limnology and water quality. And Paul Chiechlowski has joined Herrera as CADD manager.
