In its Seattle office, DCI Engineers hired Jinal Doshi as a staff engineer, Joey Henry as a project manager, Janeta Mihaylova as a CAD designer and Nigel Lyons and Jacob Meader as project engineers. Doshi is working on a Seattle residential high-rise. He was with Saiful Bouquet Structural Engineers in Pasadena. Henry is working on office, residential and medical buildings, including Multicare Covington Medical Center. He was a staff engineer at Jacob Associates and WJA Design Collaborative. Mihaylova has 12 years of regional structural engineering experience and six years of architectural experience, including a wood-framed marina in Olympia that earned LEED gold. Lyons' projects include residential and office buildings in Seattle. He holds a bachelor's in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Washington. Meader is working on the FANA 4th Street Development in Bellevue. He was a structural engineer at Tetra Tech. DCI is a civil and structural engineering firm with offices in Washington, Oregon, California, Texas and Alaska.

Berger Partnership hired Jordan Zlotoff as a project manager, and Jason Fristensky, Jennifer Montressor and Victoria Halligan as landscape architectural staff. Zlotoff has experience as a project manager for higher education, medical, multifamily and open space projects. He is working on Seattle mixed-use projects. Fristensky holds a master's in landscape architecture and in photography from the University of Pennsylvania. He is working on green infrastructure. Montressor is working on the loop trail at Washington Park Arboretum. She holds a master's in landscape architecture from the University of Washington. Halligan is working on Smith Cove Park. She holds a master's in landscape architecture from the UW. Berger provides landscape architectural and urban design services.

ALSC provides planning and design services, with an office also in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

Stantec's services include planning, engineering, architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, surveying, environmental sciences, project management and project economics.

Nielsen has a background in architecture and building enclosure design. Morrison Hershfield is a multi-disciplinary engineering firm with 18 offices in North America.
