Lawrence is working on the first phase of the Plat of West Village — part of the Badger Mountain South master planned community. She is managing Seattle's Lander Street Bridge. Philpott has 15 years of local, national and international business development experience. Guenther has 28 years of experience and is Northwest practice lead for the marine division. He is managing the Elliott Bay Seawall project. The global consulting firm provides structural engineering for bridges and retaining walls, marine structures and tunnels.
