Drissell was hired 2015 and is a project architect for health care and K-12 projects and has written about supporting circadian rhythm through proper lighting for Medical Construction & Design magazine. Meira was hired 11 years ago, and has primarily focused on K-12 projects, including Cascadia Elementary School, Robert Eagle Staff Middle School and Licton Springs K-8 for Seattle Public Schools, where a shared educational campus for the three schools replaced an outdated facility. Leeviraphan and Berndt are in Portland. Meira and Drissell are in Seattle.

Schwartzhoff has contributed to sustainable projects. He is a member of the AIA 2030 Roundtable, and works with the USGBC on the GreenBuild Special Working Group.
