In Seattle, structural engineering firm PCS Structural Solutions hired Chris Jeseritz as a project engineer, Sunny Siddhu as a design engineer, and Sharon Mika Sweney, Steven Farmer Jr., Katya Finegold and Hee Jin Byun as BIM technicians. In Tacoma, it hired Paige Jones as human resources manager, Ellen Williams as an administrative assistant, Hai Lin as a design engineer, and Bryce Floyd, Marv Fucal and Daniel Hollar as BIM technicians. In Portland, it hired Shadow Woodfork as a project manager. Jeseritz has three years of experience and bachelor's and master's degrees in civil engineering from South Dakota State University. He is working on Bellevue Memory Care. Siddhu has a master's in civil engineering from Oregon State University and a bachelor's in civil engineering from Washington State University. His projects include King County Housing Authority's Highland Village in Bellevue. Sweney has an associate degree in drafting and design technology from ITT Technical College in Seattle. She is working on the YMCA in Everett. Farmer has an associate degree in BIM from Sanford-Brown College. He has four years of experience and is working on residential projects. Finegold has a master's in civil engineering from Moscow State University of Civil Engineering in Russia and seven years of engineering, drafting and project management experience in Russia, Israel and Seattle. She is working on multifamily projects. Byun attended Virginia Tech, has four years of BIM experience and is working on projects. Jones has a bachelor's in communications and business from WSU and over 20 years of human resources experience in construction, finance and health care. Williams has a bachelor's in theatre arts education from Brigham Young University in Utah and four years of experience as an administrative assistant. Lin has a year of experience and bachelor's and master's degrees in civil engineering from Virginia Tech. His work includes Madison Elementary School in Mount Vernon. Floyd has an associate degree in architectural design from Clover Park Technical College and a year of experience. He is working on Madison Elementary. Fucal has a bachelor's in architectural studies from WSU. He has three years of experience with engineering drafting and over 10 years with architectural design drafting. He is working on the Emerald Queen Casino in Tacoma. Hollar has nine years of BIM experience and a civil technology degree from Rochester Institute of Technology's National Technical Institute for the Deaf in Rochester, New York. He is working on projects. Woodfork has 15 years of experience and a bachelor's in architectural engineering from the University of Wyoming. He is working on two new elementary schools in Centralia.

Coffman Engineers promoted Oyvind Naess to principal. Naess is a mechanical engineering department manager in the Seattle office. He has over 25 years of experience on mixed-use, residential, hospitality high-rise, health care, assisted living, data center and commercial office projects. He is project manager for the cart washer and sterilizer upgrade project at UW Harborview Medical Center.

Juarez has a bachelor's in philosophy from Whitworth University and was an apprentice with Helveticka in Spokane. He prepares proposals, statements of qualifications, presentation materials and award submittals. Miller has bachelor's degrees in human resources and general business from Boise State University. She was with McMillen Jacobs Associates in Boise. Du has a bachelor's in architecture from the University of Idaho and bachelor's of mineral resources engineering from Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology in Xi'an, China. She is working on the Selah School District study and survey. Mahoe supports marketing and architectural projects through writing, organization and training. She has a bachelor's in political science from Gonzaga University and was with Maurer Law in Spokane. Mackin has re-joined NAC after two years at HDG Architecture. She holds a bachelor's in interior design from Washington State University and is working on Colorado School of Mines Residence Hall in Golden, Colorado. NAC specializes in planning, design, engineering and capital facilities consulting services.

Seattle-based Stuart Silk Architects promoted Carrie Anderson, Amanda Cavassa, David King, David Marchetti, Michael McFadden and Lisa Sidlauskas to senior associate, a new title at the firm. Anderson, an architect, founded the SSA Green Team. She holds a master's in architecture from the University of Washington and a bachelor's in architecture from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee. Cavassa is an architect with over 16 years of experience in residential design and architecture. She has managed residential projects and her work has been in Luxe Magazine. King has construction experience and spent seven years managing projects at SSA, which he rejoined in 2015. Marchetti has been practicing architecture since 2000, and at SSA since 2006. He has worked on homes in Washington, Connecticut, New York, Lake Tahoe, Palm Springs, Colorado, Montana and Oregon. McFadden has been with SSA for 16 years. He is a LEED-accredited professional and is involved with Built Green. Sidlauskas joined the firm in 2000. She does residential design, and has worked on traditional and contemporary projects. SSA specializes in residential construction, renovations of historic structures and commercial construction.

In Seattle, PCS Structural Solutions promoted Jeremiah Bowles to associate. In Tacoma, it promoted Megan Hubbell to marketing coordinator, Bekah Lawson to assistant office manager and Alissa Coupe to project engineer. Bowles joined PCS four years ago and recently completed work on Olympic View Middle School in Mukilteo and The Park at Elk Grove retirement community in California. Hubbell was hired three years ago and supports marketing and proposal efforts. Lawson has been with PCS for six years and supports administrative and accounting activities. Coupe was hired two years ago. Her recent projects include Glacier Middle School in Buckley and South Sound Behavioral Hospital in Lacey. PCS is a structural engineering firm with offices also in Portland.
