Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce named Dominick Martin vice president of external relations, leading policy and government relations activities. Martin has over a decade of experience as director and strategic advisor at EMC Research in Seattle. Prior to that, he worked in politics in California's Central Valley.

Greater Seattle Partners

Greater Seattle Partners named Brian P. McGowan as CEO. McGowan is president and CEO of Atlanta BeltLine, an economic development and transportation initiative in Atlanta. He will start in August, when GSP launches as a public-private partnership advancing economic growth and competitiveness for the Puget Sound region.

Pacific Software Publishing

Bellevue-based Pacific Software Publishing bought web hosting and design company YourHost of Fountain Valley, California. The acquisition is PSP's seventh in 13 years. PSP offers web hosting, web design, email and marketing.

Runger

Cindy Runger, a local attorney and investment advisor, will serve as president over the next year for Rotary Club of Seattle. Runger takes over Wednesday for Mark Wright.

Ogletree Deakins

Cole

Jaime Cole joined Ogletree Deakins' Seattle office as of counsel, focusing on employment law. Cole was of counsel and COO at Brown & Sterling in Fall City, and in-house counsel for Regis Corp. in Minneapolis.

Greyhound Dungeness Line

Greyhound is now operating the Dungeness Line bus route from Seattle to Port Angeles, including stops in Edmonds, Kingston, Port Townsend and Sequim. The route was operated by Olympic Bus Lines. It is part of Travel Washington, an intercity bus program managed by the Washington State Department of Transportation.

Fanning

In Juneau, Aleutian Pribilof Island Community Development Association CFO Luke Fanning is taking over as CEO from Larry Cotter. Prior to joining APICDA, Fanning was vice president and regional manager for First National Bank Alaska. He captains a commercial fishing boat in his spare time. Cotter announced his retirement late last year. APICDA is a nonprofit that helps rural villages.

Freestone Capital Management

Seattle-based Freestone Capital Management hired David O'Neal as managing director of strategic growth initiatives. O'Neal has more than 30 years of experience in wealth management, technology and transportation logistics. He was COO at a North Carolina wealth management firm, and vice president of business development at a Seattle wealth management firm. Freestone is a wealth management firm with offices in Washington, Oregon and California.

MealPal

MealPal, an app that lets you order and pick up a restaurant meal, launched in Seattle. MealPal targets restaurants near large tech campuses and business districts, and has more than 150 eateries on board in downtown Seattle and South Lake Union. The lunch subscription is $6 a meal. MealPal operates in 16 cities worldwide.
