Regional general contractor Lease Crutcher Lewis hired Payal Shah, Aaron Ball, Autumn Hayes, Michael Pleger and Daniel Kathman in its Seattle office. Shah is a staff accountant and CPA. She previously worked at KPMG International as a senior associate and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai. Ball is a BIM detailer and experienced carpenter. He holds an associate’s degree in architectural graphics from the Lake Washington Institute of Technology, and is continuing toward a bachelor’s. Hayes is a project engineer in the Preconstruction Department. She’s been in construction since 2009 and holds a bachelor’s degree in building construction and Spanish from Auburn University. Pleger is a project engineer who interned last year at Lewis. He holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Central Washington University. Kathman is a project engineer with six years of industry experience. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from CWU.

Adolfson & Peterson Construction appointed John Platon vice president and regional leader for the Pacific Northwest region. In related moves at the Tacoma office, Kim Nakamura was appointed to the new position of vice president of development services and preconstruction, and Jerry Eubanks was promoted to vice president of operations. Platon has more than 30 years of construction management experience and has held leadership positions with several West Coast construction companies. Nakamura and Eubanks are working with Platon to grow the company's regional business.

Tony Stewart, AIA, joined Howard S. Wright as vice president of business development. Stewart is working with Dan Peyovich and Washington Division leaders on regional business growth strategies. He has more than 28 years of experience in architecture, construction, real estate and business development.


Chris Jeppesen joined Walsh Construction Co.'s Washington region as a project engineer and Eric Bowman was promoted to project manager. Jeppesen is a recent graduate of the Construction Management program at the University of Washington and interned with WCC for the past year. Bowman has been with WCC for three years as a project engineer and in the estimating department. Both work in the Seattle office.

Miami-based Kelly Tractor Co. named Matt Morrison sales representative for the Crane and Foundation Group in the Northwest, Alaska and Canada. Morrison has more than 24 years of industry experience, and previously was territory manager for Western Pacific Crane & Equipment, territory manager for Triad Machinery and branch manager for Coast Crane Co.
