Home Forward in 2011 opened the Bud Clark Commons with 130 studios for the homeless, a 90-bed men’s shelter and a day center. It is developing the lot next to it for Multnomah County’s new health department headquarters.
Since its completion in 2011, the Bud Clark Commons has served thousands of Portland's homeless.
