Mark Stillwell of Foushee & Associates and Ron Lange of Parker, Smith & Feek are new members of the AGC Education Foundation board of trustees. Stillwell has been with Foushee since 1990 and is a principal of the Bellevue-based company. Lange is a senior account executive for both insurance and surety at Parker, Smith & Feek. The foundation said Kurt Boyd is continuing on the board, but through a new company. Boyd recently returned to Valley Electric after 10 years at PCL Construction Services. He is in charge of business development at Valley Electric.

Brandon Lea joined Siku Construction as lead foreman for the Facility Services Group in Seattle. Lea has more than 15 years of construction and facilities experience. Siku's Seattle office focuses on construction management and facility services. It is one of five construction companies of the holding company UIC Construction Services in Anchorage, Alaska.

Heery International named Dennis Lawler manager of the Northwest Region, which consists of 13 western states. Lawler joined Heery eight years ago as business development director. He has 18 years of construction experience and previously worked in high-performance buildings at Johnson Controls. In his new role, he is working with education, health-care, mission critical facilities, aviation and government facilities clients.

Robertson

PCL Construction Services appointed Kaz Robertson as manager of special projects of the Seattle District. Robertson began his career with PCL in 2007 as a project manager. He most recently served as project manager on the $25 million Cabela's Anchorage store. He holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from Northern Arizona University, and is a LEED Accredited Professional (BD+C) and DBIA Associate.

Saligram

Ravi Saligram on July 7 will become CEO and board member of Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers in Vancouver, B.C. Saligram will succeed Peter Blake, who is leaving the company. Saligram's 35-year professional career includes three years as president and CEO of OfficeMax and more than 20 years of general management experience at Aramark, Intercontinental Hotels Group, and S.C. Johnson and Son. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Bangalore University.

Cascade Windows hired Michael Schmitt as manager of the Tualatin, Oregon, plant. Schmitt has more than 30 years of experience in production management, working for companies such as Quanex/Aluminite, Milgard Manufacturing, Belknap Industries and Empire Pacific Industries. Cascade makes windows and doors in plants in Spokane, Portland and Salt Lake City.

Seattle-based Venture General Contracting added Craig Killian and Tony Spinrad as project managers and Steve Finnegan as controller. Killian has more than 30 years of construction management experience, specializing in multifamily and commercial projects. He is working on the Crossroads Apartments in Lynnwood and the Addison II in Seattle. Spinrad has nine years of industry experience and is focusing on the commercial market with Venture. Finnegan has more than 35 years of experience in construction finance and accounting. Venture recently moved into new headquarters at 1631 15th Ave. W. in Seattle.
