Walsh Construction Co. hired William “BJ” Kuester as superintendent; Val Fisher as part-time administrator; Dehaan Yobech as IT support technician; and Nelson Moon, Ujwal Joshi and Tanner Romo as project engineers. Kuester is working on a Tacoma Housing Authority project on Wright Street, Fisher and Yobech are supporting the Seattle main office, Moon and Romo are working on a residential project in Bellevue’s Spring District, and Joshi is working on the Arbora Court apartment project in Seattle.

The Seattle office of BNBuilders added Tony Castillo as project executive and Josh McGaffey as project manager. Castillo most recently worked at Lease Crutcher Lewis, but previously worked for BNBuilders' Bay Area office. He has worked on projects for technology companies such as Apple, Mozilla, Github and Tableau. McGaffey is experienced with healthcare, education and life science projects. He is working in the Special Projects group.

Jimale Technical Services

In Seattle, Jimale Technical Services moved from South Lake Union to Belltown. The company says the move will allow it to expand its project controls and construction management consulting services. The new address is: 2505 Third Ave., Suite 300 A, Seattle, WA 98121.
