Walsh Construction Co. hired Tom Anderton as superintendent; Kaitlyn Hoffman-Smith as front desk administrator; McKenzie Waters as project administrator; and Evan Erickson, Adam Parga, Doug Fish, Nick Huylar, Rachel Adamian and Dustin Allen as project engineers. Anderton is working at the Cedar Park project in Renton. Hoffman-Smith is working in the Tacoma office. Waters and Erickson are on the Grays Harbor project team. Parga is on the Spring District job in Bellevue. Fish interned with Walsh last summer and continued working at the Portland office while he finished studying mechanical engineering at the University of Portland. Huylar is working on student housing at Bellevue College. Adamian is on the LIHI Little Saigon project. Allen is working with the self-perform RDF excavation team. Walsh has offices in Seattle, Portland and Tacoma.

MBA of King and Snohomish Counties

Hall

The Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties hired Jeremy Hall as COO. Hall was principal at Brightspeed Consulting and prior to that was COO of two medicolegal services companies. Early in his career he worked for Arthur Andersen, where he consulted with healthcare, construction and telecommunications companies.





Bouten Construction Co.

Mikolasy

In Spokane, Bouten Construction Co. hired Samuel Mikolasy as a project manager. Mikolasy comes from McCarthy Building Companies in San Diego. Prior to that, he worked for University Mechanical Contractors. He holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from the University of Washington.





Wayne's Roofing

Sumner-based Wayne's Roofing was ranked 33rd largest roofing contractor in the country by Roofing Contractor magazine. Wayne's also was the highest ranked roofer in the Northwest region. Rankings were based on 2017 revenues. Wayne's had $40.6 million in revenue last year. Its business focuses on commercial buildings.

Rinehart

In Seattle, Walsh Construction Co. named Elizabeth Rinehart general manager of its Washington-based operations. Rinehart is a 13-year employee with more than 18 years of construction experience. She serves on the Housing Development Consortium, working to provide affordable housing in Seattle and King County. She replaces Bill Reid, who remains with the company as president of the Washington region.

PCL Construction Services

Reinhardsen

In Bellevue, PCL Construction Services promoted Ben Reinhardsen to manager of special projects. Reinhardsen has been with PCL since 2008, working in the estimating department and in the field as a project manager. He most recently was project manager on the Alaska Airlines Concourse C Lounge.

Swinerton Builders

Barlish

Bob Barlish joined Swinerton Builders Seattle as project executive for the special projects team. Barlish has been in construction for 35 years as an apprentice cabinetmaker, carpenter, foreman, superintendent and estimator. He also has experience in pre-construction, marketing and management.

Hermanson Co.

Burns

Dan Burns was named to the partnership team at Hermanson Co. in Kent. Burns has over 20 years of construction industry experience, focusing on safety and project management. He has been with Hermanson for 15 years as a project manager and construction executive. Hermanson provides mechanical construction, design-build engineering, and service/maintenance.
