The six-story Beryl Apartments has opened at 1200 E. Pike St. on Capitol Hill.
The complex has 88 apartments and 3,400 square feet of retail. The lobby overlooks a landscaped courtyard with a mural.
The studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments come with high ceilings and large windows, quartz surfaces, Energy Star stainless steel appliances and water-saving fixtures. Some have private balconies.
There is a 5,800-square-foot rooftop deck, an outdoor lounge, barbecue, dog run and garden plots.
Rents for a studio start at $1,005, and go up to $3,180 for a two-bedroom unit.
