SEATTLE — Two firms have submitted proposals to the city of Seattle to redevelop the former Immigration and Naturalization Services Federal Building at 815 Airport Way S. in the International District.
Seattle-based Urban Visions submitted a proposal to create a Seattle Sustainability Center devoted to a sustainability theme. It would give priority to tenants with a eco-friendly focus. The redevelopment would have an organic cafe, bicycle center, bike storage and repair, and showers.
