High-rises for Federal Way

  • The developer picked the city because of its downtown amenities and transit links. Plans for Symphony call for 900 housing units, a one-acre park and 45,000 square feet of shops.

    Four towers ranging from 16 to 24 stories will be built next to a transit center. Symphony will target the pilot LEED for Neighborhood Development rating.

    After scoping out cities between Seattle and Tacoma, a Vancouver, B.C., developer chose Federal Way for a major four-tower multi-use complex.
