Pb Elemental takes a novel approach to design, development

Pb Elemental won an AIA Honor Award for the 3,200-square-foot Sterling Residence on Queen Anne Avenue North.

Pb Elemental is not your typical design-build-develop firm. During weekly design crits, they drink Pabst Blue Ribbon beer and order in pizza. Twice a year, everyone dons tuxes and puff-sleeve gowns for a prom and a winter formal. On Wednesdays, they bowl together at Imperial Lanes, across the street from their warehouse office in Rainier Valley.
