The town of Eatonville is seeking a consultant to help design a town center and improve its main drag.
Eatonville, with a population of about 2,400, straddles state Route 161 in southern Pierce County, on a route many drivers take to Mount Rainier. Upgrades to the road might persuade more of those drivers to stop and spend money.
