Interest grows for ST's U-Link tunnels

Sound Transit has received more than 100 comments on its draft bid package to drill two underground light-rail tunnels between Capitol Hill and the University of Washington.

Feedback came from prime contractors, major subcontractors and a manufacturer of tunnel boring machines, an agency spokesperson said.
