Gregoire reaches a decision on viaduct replacement
OLYMPIA (AP) -- Gov. Chris Gregoire's office says she has reached a decision on a replacement for the Alaskan Way Viaduct in Seattle.
A spokeswoman, Karina Shagren, says it will be announced Tuesday at a news conference in Seattle on the waterfront at 8:30 a.m. at the World Trade Center.
