SEATTLE — Seattle Public Utilities will need an on-call engineer for the next decade to help design infrastructure to replace the Alaskan Way viaduct and seawall. The value of this contract is between $3 million and $10 million.
The contractor will help SPU identify what impacts the viaduct and seawall construction will have on city utilities.
