Environment firm acquired by HDR

Omaha-based HDR, a global architectural and engineering firm with offices in Washington state, has acquired engineering-environmental Management, Inc., or e2M, an environmental sciences and engineering firm based in Englewood, Colo. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The acquired firm is doing business as HDR e2M. The firm employs more than 365 environmental professionals and engineers in 14 international offices, including one in Lynnwood.
