Transpo Group CEO: Tough times test firms' management and values

One of the nation's best civil engineering companies to work for may be in Kirkland.

Two groups bestowed top rankings on Transpo Group, which does planning and traffic engineering for public and private clients. Transpo Group was ranked best small firm and second best employer among firms of all sizes.
