Urban Impact plans affordable family housing in Rainier Valley

The design includes a raised residential courtyard, underground parking and 6,000 square feet of retail space that will house Rainier Health and Fitness.

MulvannyG2 Architecture is designing a 100,000-square-foot housing complex on Rainier Avenue South that would provide affordable housing for neighborhood families.
