Swedish plans $26M ER in Mill Creek

Swedish is seeking a permit from Snohomish County to build an 86,000-square-foot ambulatory care facility and freestanding emergency room on 4.9 acres in Mill Creek. The site is on 128th Street, just off Interstate 5.
