City issues new RFQ for designing seawall

  • The new request for qualifications puts more emphasis on delivering the project faster and adds more public outreach work.

    The city has issued a new request for qualifications from teams to design the central waterfront seawall due to what the Mayor's Office said was a potential conflict of interest.

    The DJC published the revised RFQ Monday.
