Designer sought for Swinomish projects

SKAGIT COUNTY — The Swinomish Indian Tribal Community is seeking qualifications from firms to design municipal and operation buildings in the tribe's community village in Skagit County.

This is the initial phase that is part of a long-term plan to upgrade, remodel and construct community buildings.
