Nine months ago, AIA Seattle hired Cassandra Delaune to help introduce its AIA+2030 Professional Series nationwide. The program, which is about to begin its third run in Seattle, is attracting interest from across the country.
The registration deadline is Feb. 15. The 10-part series gives people design strategies and technical ideas about how to meet the 2030 Challenge. The challenge was developed by Ed Mazria, and sets energy consumption targets, eventually leading to carbon-neutral buildings by 2030.
