What's the future hold? More BIM and DBOM

In the next decade, the use of building information modeling or BIM will grow and more projects will be financed, designed, built, operated and maintained by one entity.

The growth of BIM and DBOM were some of the predictions made by panelists at a recent AIA Seattle forum on integrated project delivery.
