YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK, Wyo. (AP) — A proposal to allow Yellowstone National Park visitors to use some cabins in the Old Faithful area has been released for public review and comment.
Under the plan, 67 cabin units would be returned to their historic use as visitor accommodations, after having served as concessioner employee lodging for about a decade. Park officials say the proposal represents their commitment to properly preserve the historic cabins.
