Melrose, Pike Place markets inspire Center House food court remodel

Large steel columns have been exposed inside and a deck has been added to overlook Fisher Green and the International Fountain. New storefronts will be added on the west and south sides.

Work is under way at Seattle Center to modernize public spaces in the Center House's food court atrium, and it has revealed some of the bones of the old Civic Armory.
