Nelson\Nygaard to plan streetcar line connector
Transportation consultant NelsonNygaard has been selected by the Seattle Department of Transportation to begin planning a new streetcar line through downtown that could connect the South Lake Union line and the First Hill streetcar line, now under construction.
The planning budget is $1.2 million, funded by a $900,000 federal grant and $300,000 in SDOT funds.
