Rice Fergus Miller promoted Jeremy Southerland and Jennifer Frost to principal, Matt King to senior associate, and Reuben Rios to associate. Southerland is a designer and project manager who focuses on health care and senior living projects. He also sits on the Bremerton design review board. Frost is an interior designer with a focus on hospitality, senior housing and health care. King is an architect and project manager who focuses on health care services. He has spent 20 years working as a builder, designer and project manager. Rios is a technical designer focusing on senior living projects. Bremerton-based Rice Fergus Miller provides architecture, interior design and planning.
