Developers test mini-suite apartments in Wedgwood

    Suites in Sedona will be about 280 square feet and rent for $600 to $700 a month.

    Over the past several years tiny rooming house-style apartments have opened in the University District and Capitol Hill neighborhoods, offering tenants a chance to live cheaply near restaurants, shops and transit.
