Mexico City architect to lecture tomorrow

Mauricio Rocha designed the School of Plastic Arts in Oaxaca, Mexico. It is made of rammed earth and stone from the site.

Mexico City architect Mauricio Rocha, who works with local materials and traditions, will lecture at 6:30 p.m. tomorrow at the Seattle Central Library on Fourth Avenue.
