WSDOT: problem pontoons can be fixed to support new bridge

Two of these concrete pontoons required repairs after they were found to be chipped and cracked.

Managers for the state Route 520 floating bridge replacement led a media tour of the Lake Washington project site on Wednesday, promising a chance to see the pontoons up close.
