Draft EIS out for seawall project

SEATTLE — The Seattle Department of Transportation this week released the draft environmental impact statement for the Elliott Bay seawall project.

The draft EIS evaluates four alternatives, including a no-build option. It can be accessed at www.seattle.gov/transportation/seawall.htm.
