DCI Engineers civil and structural consulting firm promoted four engineers in the Seattle office: Phillip Johnson to associate, Paul Rogness to associate principal, and Daniel Yeager and Justin Bettner to senior project managers. Amy Pugh was promoted to director of marketing. Johnson has 9.5 years of structural engineering experience with mixed-use, residential and office projects. Rogness has 13 years of structural engineering experience with multifamily, hospitality, office tower and mixed-use buildings. His works includes the W Hotel in Hollywood, Calif. Yeager has seven years of structural engineering experience, including residential, office, mixed-use, industrial and parking structures. His work includes the 20-story Alto Apartments in Seattle. Bettner has nine years of structural engineering experience with multi-use buildings, retail, hospitals and steel-trussed conveyor systems. His work includes the Northwest Hospital cardiac expansion in Seattle. Pugh joined DCI in 2006 as a marketing coordinator and was promoted to marketing manager three years later. She has received awards for marketing campaigns. DCI also has offices in Oregon, California and Texas.
