Small park planned for small site at 19th & Madison on Capitol Hill

The Hearing, Speech & Deafness Center is left of the park site and Lawrence Lofts is across Madison Street.

A group of residents and a nonprofit are collaborating to put a community park on a small site at 19th Avenue East and East Madison Street on Capitol Hill.
