Baylis Architects hired Ann Williamson as a project manager, Sean O'Neill and Andrew DeFlorio as intern architects, Heather Hull as a job captain, and Meghan Bowman as an administrative assistant. Williamson will work in the multifamily studio on 3636 Stone Way in Seattle. Her 23 years of experience includes mixed-use, multifamily, medical, recreational, religious and single-family projects. O'Neill has six years of experience on residential projects. He will work in the multifamily studio on a project in Bellevue. DeFlorio will work on apartment projects in north Seattle and Bellevue. He has three years of digital drafting and design experience. Hull has seven years of experience that includes low-income apartments and high-end commercial buildings. She will work on apartment projects in northeast Seattle. Bowman holds a bachelor's in communication from Washington State University and has six years of office administration and marketing experience. Baylis is a regional architectural and planning firm with offices in Bellevue and Seattle.
