Environmental Science Associates promoted Robert (Bob) Battalio to chief engineer and vice president. He will oversee engineering services in flood management, restoration design and coastal engineering, and help set the firm's direction. Battalio has more than 25 years of experience in coastal and estuarine engineering, wetlands, creek restoration and waterfront projects, including work with the National Park Service on tidal inlet and shore processes at Crissy Field. ESA is an environmental science and planning firm.
