SEATTLE — The city of Seattle is seeking a consultant to help it develop a program to promote the benefits of seismically retrofitting unreinforced masonry buildings — typically brick structures concentrated in older neighborhoods such as Pioneer Square.
Qualifications are due by Feb. 8, according to a notice in the Jan. 25 DJC.
