Gibb

DCI Engineers hired Matthew Gibb and Stephen Matkin as civil project managers in the Spokane office. Gibb has 19 years of engineering experience. He will do civil design and manage budgets, schedules and quality assurance. His work includes the Larry H. Miller Lexus dealership renovation in Spokane. Matkin has interned with DCI since January and holds a bachelor's from Montana Tech of the University of Montana. His projects include Pinecroft Business Park in Spokane Valley. DCI is a civil and structural consulting engineering firm based in Seattle, with offices also in Spokane; Portland and Eugune; San Diego and Irvine, Calif.; and Austin, Texas.
