SDOT wants a rep for seawall project

SEATTLE — The Seattle Department of Transportation is looking for a construction management consultant for the $300 million Elliott Bay seawall replacement project.

The consultant would serve as the owner's on-site representative, and work with Mortenson-Manson, the general contractor/construction manager.
