Designer sought for manufacturing labs

EVERETT — The state Department of Enterprise Services is seeking an architect to design an advanced manufacturing facility for Everett Community College. Total project budget is $3 million.

The project will renovate about 34,000 square feet of the College Plaza shopping center occupied by Providence Everett Medical Center. Remodeled space will be used for welding, machining and composites training labs and classrooms.
