Group Four

Group Four hired civil engineer Raymond E. Miller as the engineering department manager and Kenneth R. Williams as the senior project manager. Also, Daniel K. Roupe was named president and sole owner of the firm, which recently relocated from Bothell to Lake Stevens. Group Four provides land surveying, civil engineering and land use planning.
